Skrill Agrees ICE Conferences sponsorship

LONDON (7 January) – Skrill, one of the world's leading digital payment companies, has agreed to become the official payments sponsor of the 2014 ICE Conferences programme which runs alongside ICE Totally Gaming.  The sponsorship, which encompasses eight highly engaging conference streams  (3rd – 5th February), provides Skrill with high level targeted exposure at what is widely regarded as the most comprehensive and influential learning and networking programme in gaming.

Commenting on the agreement, Paul Barclay (VP LET) said: "Skrill is thrilled to be the official payments sponsor of ICE Conferences this year -gaming has been a central part of our history and is a market that remains at the core of much of our business.  Moreover, this year marks an important development with Skrill and paysafecard, acquired by Skrill in 2012, exhibiting together for the first time at ICE Totally Gaming.  To play a part in the most comprehensive and international B2B gaming event in the world highlights Skrill's ongoing commitment to this market, and enables us to spend time with the merchants and partners who see value in integrating Skrill's wide range of payment solutions into their infrastructures."

Jo Mayer, Marketing Director responsible for ICE Conferences added: "The conference programme is an extremely important feature of our Totally Gaming week and one which attracts many of the industry's senior influencers and thought leaders.  Skrill, like ICE, is an international brand that is active and recognised throughout the world. We are delighted to have secured the support of a payments company that is such a respected name in gaming and one which enhances the profile of the ICE brand."
