SERBIAN SUCCESS FOR SUZOHAPP

Local, dedicated customer support has been the SUZOHAPP work ethos for the past sixty years. Indeed, providing the widest choice of components and spare parts for the gaming market can only lead to sustained success if it is matched with the same level of customer support. This is why SUZOHAPP has always invested in a strong sales and support team from day one with in-depth market, product and customer knowledge.

The SUZOHAPP team naturally took advantage of the Belgrade Future Gaming show that took place between 19^th and 21^st May at the Belgrade Fair to exhibit the ever-growing solutions for local manufacturers and operators alike. These solutions included the market-leading technology for which SUZOHAPP is the exclusive global distributor – such as ELO touchscreens and TransAct printers.

The SUZOHAPP change machines with the new brand Comesterochangers attracted particular interest, specifically the Dual Coin PRO and the SWING models. SUZOHAPP offers a complete coin-handling solution with the Comestero RM5 Evolution and RM5 HD electronic coin validators and the Flow and Evolution coin pay-out hoppers. The widest selection of toppers in the market enable manufacturers and operators alike to offer distinctive possibilities for their gaming machines. Naturally SUZOHAPP can offer the best forms for banknote validation with the SUZOHAPP MFL banknote reader or the MEI SC from CPI. Customers can choose from a wide variety of monitors from the SUZOHAPP Vision PRO range. These are only a few examples of the gaming component and spare parts range that SUZOHAPP had on display.

Harald Wagemaker, Executive Vice President Sales & Marketing of Gaming and Casino EMEA at SUZOHAPP, looks back on another successful show, stating, “The Serbian gaming market is of key importance to us at SUZOHAPP. Manufacturers and operators alike are looking to differentiate more in this competitive market and we have the solutions to enable this. Our dedicated local support makes a key difference, too. I personally wish to take this opportunity to thank my colleagues Goran Sovilj and René Huibers for their support at this show and together we wish to thank everybody who visited our stand – it was great to see you all”.
